Fraser
Our stay at Dizengoff Sea Residence was great overall. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the main street, making it convenient to explore the city. The room and facilities were clean and recently remodeled, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the available amenities, such as the fridge, elevator, and hot water and coffee in the lobby. The reception staff were helpful and even printed a document for us without any problems. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the lack of a hairdryer in the room and thin blankets, we would definitely consider staying here again. I would recommend this hotel for its value for the price.

Worth its 3 stars. Paid ILS 1499 for the room. Conveniently located for us.

Public parking & FRIENDLY staff. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It's so close to Pana Po'o, good for a little drink. We greatly enjoyed staying in this luxurious place.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in the vibrant city center of Tel Aviv. The staff here truly pays attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms are incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the fabulous balcony in the rooms, which provided a stunning view of Tel Aviv.
All was well, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel has really excellent location - right in the centre of the city, 5 minutes walking to the beach, next door to various cafes and restaurants.
The hotel is old and very small, No cleaning in the room and changing towels at all for 5 days! No doors between the rooms in the apartment for 4 persons, so you all will sleep like in one room. Not enough hot water in the bathroom to have shower for 4 persons. Cheap for Israel, but for this money in Europe you will get much better service!

Excellent location: in a main street where you can find lots of shops, restaurants, near to the seaside, good public transport (buses, taxibuses) - in spite of these not too much noise. Everything is simple (in some aspects too simple) but not too expensive in Israel.
Not too easy to find because its entrance is from a narrow place between two buildings but 8-9 m deeper than the line of buildings of the street. Limited periods of time for presence of receptionists (in the mornings and afternoons). Olga is helpful and perfect in Russian but less in English.

Our stay was absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was unbelievable, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be coming back for another visit!

Charged me incorrectly $360 instead of 90, were rude about me leaving my stuff for the day after checking out, claimed to have wifi but no internet in the rooms...

Its the perfect place if you are looking for something relatively clean and in a prime location in Tel Aviv. I went with a group of friends filtering in and out for 5 nights, and it was a great spot to crash after long nights of partying. The staff was friendly and helpful, no attitudes or problems from them. We only used the place to shower and sleep, so don't go here if you are looking to chill in a room all day. But again, the location is prime on Dizengoff. I never write reviews for these things but I wanted to for this one.
The bed sheets and towels are not as clean as can be with stains on them. There is only free wireless internet in the lobby, but its not a big deal because there are a few chairs there to sit on.

The location was quite central, easy to step out and find restaurants and shops around. The staff was nice and checked us in without any issues.
The room had only one bedroom and two rollaway beds in the living room, which was not what we had booked. It was uncomfortable and not suitable for a longer stay.

perfect location (close to the beach and all main attractions in the city), clean rooms, AC worked - all good.
budget hotel, so no big expectations really. staff could be nice though and at least speak a little English (Russian and Hebrew only!), room service only every other day...

This simple, no-frills hotel is not for all travelers, but if you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to sleep or don't want to pay the "per-head" cost that most hotels (and even hostels) charge for groups/families, I've never seen anything less expensive in Tel-Aviv. We rented a suite for our 6-person family and saved a lot of money, even though it was crowded, but we were near the beach and everything else. Very quiet, too despite the central location. If you are keeping Shabbat, ask for a key to enter the building to avoid using the key-pad a the front door. Staff is Hebrew-speaking (Russian and French, not sure about English).

This hotel is located in the vibrant city center of Tel Aviv, nestled in a narrow alley between two buildings. The location is perfect for exploring the lively streets and enjoying the bustling atmosphere of the city. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a good bathroom and all the extras you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist you with any request. The breakfast offered at this hotel is also worth mentioning, providing a delicious start to the day.
Although there were minor issues mentioned in some reviews, overall, our stay at this hotel was satisfying.

It was much cleaner and more comfortable than I expected after reading other reviews :)
Reception hours is limited and not very accurate by the staff. It was ok with me but I confronted with one girl who couldn't check-in on the day before. She was waiting receptionist in the morning for about an hour. It was at June 7th at 10:30 am. She had to stay for the night in other place b/c she didn't find anyone the evening before.

Clean, comfort
When we arrive, the door was closed and it was hard to find out how we can enter the hotel. We think that they should say beforehand how we can enter the hotel.
